Established in 2017, Broken Diamond Wild Game Processing offers true custom processing of your wild game harvest. A family owned business that believes deeply in supporting and giving back to its local community. You will often see the whole Bunton family at the facility getting things done. Great pride is taken in employing local high school students. The training and work experience is solid foundation for the work ethic of our next generation.
How we do it.
Every drop off is handled with care and consideration for the customer and the final product. All harvests are aged for a minimum of 4 days before we begin processing your harvest. This allows for the optimal tenderness and flavor of your meat. We do not believe in community grind and take great pride in giving you back your meat. All sausages are mixed by a hand to ensure proper blending of ingredients.
